Description:
1. Extruder
--- High extrusion capacity, low melt temperature.
--- Special screw design insure the high-efficiency and high yield

2. Mould

--- Mould cavity: 1 or multi-cavity
--- Mould composition: Die head, aluminum heating band, calibrators or calibration sleeve & water tank
3. The vacuum cooling tank
--- The tank body made by stainless steel.
--- The water pump of high power and spraying head of special design bring high efficient spraying cooling.
--- The percolation unit with the bypass pipeline improved the stability of the equipments and reduce maintenance (pipeline and spray head is blocked due to impurity)
